Basically using the internet for teaching purposes. There are many good presentations in the PBS Space and Time lectures on utube. In addition there are a host of visual demonstrations in the same medium as well as historical lectures on physics.

I would use on screen to demonstration the simplicity of using a powerful public code such as Python in solving physics problems. This happens to be an excellent way to show on a screen the step by step process of handling physics problems

Offer a shuttle from the Metra. Have a better Cafe. Go Business causal dress everyday not just Friday. Offer training options to people who seek it. Stop making people feel overworked. Hire enough staff to handle the workload. Stop wasting money on useless interns and freelancers and hire the correct amount of staff and handle the budget better. Maker sure to keep the employees happy and feel appreciated.
