NJID is a great way to gain experience working with the dd population. However, there are very few full time opportunities. If you work part time, the make sure not to work over 1,500 or you will loose your job. NJID will fire you rather then offer a full time position - regardless if you are good at your job and are a hard worker. This mandate is the reason why the houses loose good staff and are short on staff. - less
