I loved working with the kids, the one thing I did not approve was that when the child would go into a behavioral leading to me being in danger i was left alone with no staff support.

It was great in the beginning, but then I went to management with concerns and opinions and was treated terribly. After I left the management made the comment that nobody knew who I was anyway so I would be easy to replace. Like I didn't make a difference there? That was my absolute breaking point with New Story.

Besides that, it's great. It's a rewarding job, but also can be tough when your students go into a behavior.
