Supervisors and subordinates to keep professionalism, integrity and respect for each other as well as civilians. Etc....

  • Give all firefighters raises.

  • I would create an employee talent program and training center to seek out the best employees and offer extended job functions and cross taining. This will aid in the crirical missions of the agency and utilize personnel resorces more effectively. This will also show greater out reach and improvements in public service.
