Continued monthly training to better our staff and keep them Abroad on new or Updated changes. Create incentive programs and ask our staff what would create a better work environment. Supervisors and subordinates to keep professionalism, integrity and respect for each other as well as civilians. Etc....
Give all firefighters raises.
I would create an employee talent program and training center to seek out the best employees and offer extended job functions and cross taining. This will aid in the crirical missions of the agency and utilize personnel resorces more effectively. This will also show greater out reach and improvements in public service.
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
