Toxic department betrays the mission. Would be a great company if they could lose the Upper Managerment
Written by Director Advertising Operations (Former Employee) from New York, NY on February 4, 2019
Pro: Creative people really dedicated to the mission, Amazing people to work with. Everyone is passionate about what they do.
The traditional managing structure makes communicating with management difficult. It often feels as though ideas are created without any input from those who would create the eventual product.

Con: Everyone here is over worked, - more... overall management of company is dysfunctional and inefficient which leads to disgruntled and embittered employees. Internal processes are slow and ineffective, lost paperwork, mistakes, unpaid bills, services turn off, id cards don't work, t ... - less
