When you work with a client and they start to be able to function in the community. If you are kind to them and try to understand their feelings they will respect you and listen to what you have to say and try to work with you. I loved to see my clients do well.

Then they ask you what would you do in certain situations to test your knowledge and possible reactions to crisis situations with patients.
