How long must an employee work for NewBold Services before accruing paid time off benefits? When does an employee become eligible to use those benefits?

An employee will be eligible for vacation as follows: (A) Three (3) days vacation on January 1 following six months Full-time employment. (B) Five (5) days of vacation on January 1 following one year of full-time employment. An employee, in order to qualify for vacation pay, must work a minimum of 1660 hours per year based on 35 hour workweek; 1900 hours based on a 40 hour workweek. For the six months threshold, 830 hours worked will qualify. These hour thresholds represent a 95% attendance rate during the year.

Vacation is a joke teammate will work 2yrs before allowed to take time off, then it's not a given. The benefits start 90 days in but it's so high hardly anyone but Corp level salaries can afford. Simply not worth working for if benefits are what you are looking for.
