Not able to get raises like you deserve.. I do my job and pick up the slack off others and always willing to do extra stuff to help out and hear people say your boss talks bad about you to other employees


Dreadful. Too much work.. too little pay.. too many staffing issues.


Good. I tell them I work FIFA minority owned business and I have a good boss.


Supposedly an employee gets 3 maybe 5(I'm not really sure because its something that's not included in favorable discussions)of paid vacation time.


They do offer insurance but its not the best.

An employee will be eligible for vacation as follows: (A) Three (3) days vacation on January 1 following six months Full-time employment. (B) Five (5) days of vacation on January 1 following one year of full-time employment. An employee, in order to qualify for vacation pay, must work a minimum of 1660 hours per year based on 35 hour workweek; 1900 hours based on a 40 hour workweek. For the six months threshold, 830 hours worked will qualify. These hour thresholds represent a 95% attendance rate during the year.
