Only Good for Experience on Resume
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Whittier, CA – February 22, 2019
Its a shame how bad it is actually working here, when the interview and training showed promise. During the interview and training, you get a false sense of value and an illusion that you can grow within the company. Haha. No.
Once you're out of training, you are on your own and held accountable for everything! Even things that arent your fault. Every minute of your day is monitored for productivity. Should you dare have to go to the bathroom and stop taking calls for 2 minutes, expect an instant message from a supervisor asking why you arent taking calls. God forbid your computer crashes (which happens atleast once a week), your adherence to schedule will take a blow and your entire average will be brought down.
Out of training, sure, there are opportunities for transfers to other departments. But those chosen to transfer are the product of blatant favoritism. Having even 1 unscheduled absence for any reason will essentially ruin any chance at a transfer/promotion. If attendance is not perfect, theres no chance.
When theres an issue with your system, if your struggling with the job, or simply need to talk yo someone for help in any situation, goodluck. Your instant messages will get left on read with no response. And you guessed it! Any slip up that occurs when supervisors fail to assist, will count against YOU as the employee!
But hey, during christmas time, they have raffles! So i guess thats cool too.
Honestly, the only good thing about working here is the fact that you have experience when you inevitably seek for another place to work.
Vending machines in the lunch room, raffles 2x a year, work experience.
Literally everything else.
