You get hired through staffing agency, after a month depending on your goals and them seeing what they expect they make you a quarterback with a $3 raise. Training takes about 2 weeks then you're pretty much on your own running your own line and in charge of a group of 8-24 people depending on what our work order desires.

You go to a temp company and ask to work for them. They make you fill out an application, you submit a drug test through urine, then you are hired or not hired in a couple days time

It didn't take long to get hired, because they will almost hire anyone. You have to prove yourself, pretty much, then if they choose to bring you on full time, you have a 60 day probation period. You can not miss a day in that time. Then you are a hired on member of Rubbermaid.
