No security at all

Will not be told that you are doing anything below average or not hitting goals before firing you. The lack of support from leadership after the company was growing was very apparently not there. No feedback was accepted about programs or processes to improve them, by accepted I mean you can tell them your ideas but they will not think about implementing them.

Fun place to Work...Family Oriented

If you get in, don't leave. Simply ask for a vacation. You'll learn alot and if you're a dedicated worker you'll definately be appreciated by the CEO himself and others. I miss them and wish I would've had a backbone there to simply take time off and get back to work. You'll love it, just don't leave with having a conversation with those that care. Good Luck!
