How long does it take to get an interview after you apply at NewLife Industries?

After my application I heard back after about 2 weeks, I had a phone interview first, it was really quick and easy, then the in person interview and at that interview they told me about a personality test they have people take. It's just to see how well you would fit in the position you're applying for. They told me it wasn't that serious, they're just curious and used the example that if someone applies for customer service and the test shows they're not social and like to work independently, then that may not be the position for them. So we set up a time for me to do that test (on site) and after 2 days I got the job offer.
