Unhappy Management Makes Life Miserable for Employees

Unfortunately, when one works in an environment where the management is unhappy; the gloom trickles down. There is a lot of work to do when running a classroom. The time spent with unnecessary madness and demands from management takes time away from the students. It is unfair that it has come to this, but it has! The sad part is the students are the ones who suffer!

Productive and never a dual moment

• Provided instructional support and assistance to students with mild, moderate, moderate severe.
• Provide instructional assistance to individual or groups, 1-15 students, of special education students.
• Assist special and regular education students whom they mainstreamed during classroom activities.
• Assist students with meeting the goals and objectives of their Individual Education Plan.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties.
• Assist assigned teacher with implementation of lesson plans.
• Assist in administering, proctoring, scoring tests and papers and charting student progress; modify materials and explain instructions.
• Reinforce instruction to students with learning disabilities and language, communication and behavioral problems.
• Confer with teachers concerning programs and materials to meet the individual needs of special education students.
• Observe and control behavior of students according to approved procedures.
• Provide support to the teacher by setting up work area, displays and exhibits.
• Operating office and classroom and variety of equipment; demonstrate proper operation of equipment to students; operate a computer.
• Provide support and positive role modeling for special education students in work experience jobs.
• Provide workability and transition services to students.
• Assist students at job training sites and provide work instructions through verbal instructions, demonstration and actual job performance.
• Interview students and conduct assessments
• Administer appropriate test according to established procedures

• Train students in the use of public transportation to and from school sites.

Each day is different and that is what made the day enjoyable. I truly loved working with these students and was sad to leave but it was time to move on.
