As of 2019, there are no health benefits offered to part time representatives. There is a 401k plan if you can afford to have something taken from your already small check. You're also given a monthly vehicle maintenance amount on week 4 of the cycle. I'm not sure how this amount is calculated. Internet cost is no longer supplemented because the equipment used comes with it's own internet service. No paid time off of course since it's part time. The job is very flexible so it typically wouldn't be needed.

Drive time is the same as your hourly rate. Mileage rate depends on where you live I believe. I've asked for an explanation and didn't receive a clear one. I was told it has something to do with current gas prices in your location and some other method of calculation. Anyway, a true example is, your territory is routed at 454 miles for a 4 week cycle and you receive a $70 gas card for the cycle. That amounts to about .15 per mile.

Take the time to get to know their employees. Spending just 15 minutes a month to listen and answer questions is nice. We are people with real life problems and not just merchandisers. This position is geared towards people who need flexible hours like those in college, have full time jobs, or retirement age. They need to realize that things do happen in life and the world is not going to fall apart if an ad is put up a day late.

It would be difficult to work only weekends especially if you have a territory. Also, there are some jobs that coincide with the store sales which generally start on Wednesdays and they have to be done on Wednesday or Thursday.
