Not at all what I expected from a group of high-level educated group.
Assitant Manager (Former Employee) – New York – September 13, 2016
Most of team had no real experience in financial trouble facilities. It was just a tag along position or you were out. No real leadership, just well spoken individuals with no finish result. Working without policy in place for numerous issue. Nexera allow Client to do and treat there employees unprofessionaly. I am glad I am not there anymore.
Purchasing Agent (Former Employee) – NYC – March 16, 2015
Management is oblivious to how much work their employees have. We were paid for 35 hours, but we worked closer to 45-50 hours per work. However, we RARELY received overtime. When they found out we were working over 35 hours, they made an effort to make sure we only worked 35 hours. Sounds good, right? Wrong. We were reprimanded for not completing our work within those 35 hours, but our jobs took longer than 35 hours to complete. Solution for the employees: we took our work home. I would only recommend this company for those seeking roles in upper-management, besides that exception, please stay far away from this company.
Working in NYC
Low pay, stupid management, no room for growth, embarrassing bonuses.
