Fast paced, agitated, sleep deprived, people don't last very long in the company. Complaints are ignored. Work demands are always increasing with little recognition or support.

The station in Brownsville is old and outdated. It doesn’t produce as much revenue as other stations therefore has been abandoned and isolated by Corporate executives. Station has potential but is pretty badly run down. I would give it make over, build a recording studio to produce the news locally and not in El Paso!

Make sure your supervisor is somebody you can work for. Nexstar is an excellent company, but they have gotten so big, they don't have a good handle on some of the people running their properties.
