Horrible company.
Technical Support Representative (Current Employee) - Remote - January 24, 2023
Communication on benefits provided through this company were very poor. I started with them back in November, and they had me fill out a mountain of paperwork with no mention at all on their benefits that they have. I sent an email to my rep with the company and they replied in December, less than 24 hours before the deadline, that they have insurance that they can give. Needless to say, they essentially have not allowed me to enroll in health care through them until March. MARCH! Do not ever work for these people. They are horrible.

The absolute worst set of company and set of people to engage with
Consultant (Former Employee) - New York State - March 15, 2022
This company delayed payment every single pay period. It was always one excuse or the other. When my project ended at a client, they did not want to pay for the last period of work. One of them even lied that I had already been paid. It was always one excuse after the other. I will not encourage anyone to work for this company ever.

Lied about pay. Lied about hours. Just lied about everything.
Call Center Representative (Current Employee) - Remote - January 20, 2022
Sent laptop for work, didn't inform they would hold first pay for it. Changed pay rate several times without warning. Training was subpar, especially since answers to training were handed out which led to people who were unqualified to continue dragging down the training. Changed the length of probation several times. Refused to send return labels for laptops.
Pros
It's a job.
Cons
Bad training. Bad pay. Get written notice for everything.

Stay away from this company
Senior Business Systems Analyst (Former Employee) - Remote - July 8, 2021
I would give 0 stars if I could. This company is terrible to work for. I have 9 years of experience and I have never came across a worse company. Communication is non existent with HR and client relations. I have worked for the client for 3 months and the client paid NLB but they held my payroll for no reason. You have to call and email and follow up and no response from them. I would advise anyone to look somewhere else, this is definitely not worth your time
Pros
None
Cons
0 benefits and they get and hold the payroll from client and not release it

Great place to work for
Care ag (Current Employee) - Atlanta, GA - October 1, 2020
I love this company and the employees. We don’t get pto buy the weekly paid made up for that in my opinion. Training was great. They made the transition smooth.

N/a
Independent Consultant (Former Employee) - Chicago, IL - July 15, 2019
N/A - I used them as passthru as 1099 contractor. They were helpful and fair in their dealings with and the actual contracting client. So no complaints but no employee data.

Tech Support Contractor
Telephone Tech Support Associate (Former Employee) - Nashville, TN - July 28, 2018
I never met my contact at NLBS, only spoke on the phone when absolutely necessary. For the most part I was turned over to the client for any real training, instruction, direction, etc.
Pros
Good pay
Cons
Poor communication

would not recommend this company
Business Analyst Consultant (Former Employee) - Denver, CO - April 17, 2018
This is a sub-contract company for Cognizant. It is difficult to coordinate all the people and technology that is involved in a contract and sub-contract set up. I did not like this set up at all. They ended my contract with only 2 days notice and did not give a good reason.

It is a very manual position - but I do like the people I work with.
Inventory Specialist (Current Employee) - 211 Quality Circle - September 19, 2017
The company overall is a good company, however it takes a very long time to get hired permanently and insurance is out unless you do get hired. I need the insurance and since the position is very manual, it is a big stress on a woman's body.

Chaotic work environment
Client Manager (Current Employee) - College Station, TX - September 7, 2017
This Company does not train their employees in a professional manner. A typical day at work was basically hearing from Executive Managers of this company that they didn't know what their responsibilities were regarding coding and approving invoices for services which they requested from vendors.
Management kept touting their accomplishments in the digital technology field but they could not get their bills paid in a timely manner.
The workplace culture was very diverse and it was enjoyable learning a little bit about the Indian culture as many of the employees worked on Green cards as this is an Indian owned world wide company.
The hardest part of the job was hearing from managers that they refused to do their jobs regarding coding and approval of invoices and the fact that upper management did not make it clear to them what their responsibilities were regarding same.
The most enjoyable part of my job was training those same managers on Skype and WebEx sessions how to use the Catalyst Accounting System and how to find the correct coding for the invoices. I trained people worldwide and they were always very appreciative and relieved that they knew how to do it in the future.
Pros
Having a Job and learning and teaching
Cons
Upper Management did not understand the repercussions of not paying bills in a timely manner

Fun work place but a start up project
Referral Management Specialist (Former Employee) - Tampa,Fl - May 30, 2015
This was a temp to hire position. The contract wasn't in place for the Data Entry position I had and they continued to hire left and right. The company laid off over fifty staff.
Pros
Atmospher, good pay
Cons
Muddled, start up project
