training is a joke, management is a joke, overworked and under payed, job responsibilities often changing so you don't know who is responsible for what, no accountability when things don't get done,

There is really nothing good . Management is terrible. They are running company into the ground. Moving up is braised on who you know and who likes you. Management does not listen to concerns about poor employees. Company makes providers do telemarketing and other mundane tasks. Medical assistants have the power to do as they please. Promises when hires about teamwork and a clinic provider m...

Management is terrible, HR is terrible. No work life balance. Run… don’t walk away from this company. Policies change everyday and only to upper management’s benefit. God forbid you get sick- kiss your job goodbye! No proper PPE techs are constantly exposed to Covid and punished with ‘points’ if you become sick. Very negative work environment. Medical assistants become regional managers and very c...
Medical Assitant in Houston, TX

Constantly changing and unclear policies with unattainable standards to reach. The training period is only six days. Evaluations are based on what your coworkers think of you opposed to actual work done. Stress in the clinic depends on your coworkers. The environment punishes good employees to compensate for the lazier employees. There is no performance raises, no lunches. There is no manger prese...

I would NEVER refer a person to work here! Horrible work moral and horrible management. If you are a young professional do not even give them your time. They will overwork you, the managers will find any way in their power to discredit you, and lastly they will say they're on your side and backstab you.
