Next Step Healthcare has low to medium low ratings in MA. I have seen and heard about nursing home/assisted living take overs. Never positive. I worry that the CEO and others involved are just entrepreneurs from the medical equipment side of healthcare. People are involved here.

yesss .. the low staffing doesnt help a nursing home to be successful.. you gonna burn out staffing inside the place and because of this nobody benefits from this .. you get hard workers and people try there best to fulfill all company needs ...

The take over is a joke. More than a year later. Still very disorganized. Lack of systems and policies on all levels and departments
