  • In all honesty, there are grown adults acting like children. If you walk in the room, you can feel they were just talking about you. They are constantly looking for you to mess up so they can laugh at you. They are not supportive at all. Forget about telling managment, they don’t care. I always felt like I was being bullied and it was adressed in a staff meeting where the administrator just laughed about it and moved on. You’re better off working elsewhere. Find a company that appreciates its employees.

  • Next step wants the absolute most they can drain out of every person for the least pay until they turnover more staff. They don’t care about their employees or their work life balance. It’s significantly worse in management roles. The CEO likes to say all these values that the company has and never executed any of them. Their not just for profit, they’re for penny pinching without any empathy for the industry they are in.
