High turn over , management was not good , long hours , no breaks , 30 min lunches , every little mistake is pointed out never positive from management always your mistakes . High turn over with providers as well . Everyone always complaining about the job which is clearly understandable because management can care less about the employeee feelings. Had a family death and they were so cold and could not go to the funeral because there was no cover . Very depressing place to work , managers are suppose to lift up and encourage employees not have clicks . Lot of employees leaving and very unhappy . When you promote an employee to a lead Position they should know how to treat others first . By far the worst place to work . NM

Too much gossip from management. Turn over rate is terrible and people in arizona dont even see that or ask what is going on..in 4 months everyone from providers to front desk have left! Why?? Because management dont care! They have a 8-5 job , get their lunches breaks whenever they need to and heck with everyone else
