There has been a decent amount of change to management and strategy but I believe its for the better. Nextiva did a great job getting to where they are today but now its time to get to the next level. This happens in a successful fast growing company like with Nextiva with a good product and strong outlook. Some people dont see the change as postive and the change may be frustrating but I believe its the right move.

Poor management, lack of communication, misleading, information on product was always changing without notice. The position described and interviewed for is not the position and role you actually do. It is a call center.

I took the job because I wanted to be in tech support and IT and advance further. I was promised to be advanced to level 2 in 6 months. Now this is possible but you have to complete certain certifications, this is now impossible due to overwhelming amount of calls and they have no intention of hiring more people to take them. Tech support is their customer service most of my calls are irrelevant to my department and our queue is always 50-100 ppl waiting so no time to ever practice or do certifications. Keeping us at the bottom of the barrell. Not to mention constantly releases services with issues, no training on them and we get to hear it from upset customers daily.

In the the few months I worked there every single manager quit. Same with solutions engineers, and customer service. That left sales to field every call with no manager to assist. It was madness.
