Review present work procedure recommend changes where necessary
- fire every manager
- be a zealous advocate for competent, on-time and professional staff to get raises every year based on performance
- start individuals at $15hr instead of $10-$12
- make sure visits to ensure moral is at it’s highest and SHOW staff that i care. Not just say it
I would FIRE everyone with a management position and I would hire COMPETENT and RELIABLE people, and keep an open line of COMMUNICATION and HONESTY with them. But I don't think the CEO has the guts to do that, so I guess I'll just sit back and watch it burn! Fish Rots From The Head!

I would keep a better line of communications open. it seems like the hiring company (RAM ) only communicates with the superiors and the concierge only gets bits and pieces. I believe that NFC needs to cater to the employees that show up and show out so that we will want to come to work. As a college student i will not complain about the pay too much,but i do believe that the lack of benefits adds on to the feeling of being under paid. I would like to see overtime pay and holiday pay be implemented even though im sure that wont happen.there is always an excuse comming from management and i dont think that is professional at all.
I would acknowledge the concierges, they do a heck of a lot for a little bit of money. I would include them in all Holiday parties, after all they are the one's doing the most work!
