If you work in Logistics in an office position you are evaluated by management once a year and that is were your raise. Will be determined. OneNote each position has a cap after that you will rely on your whole team doing a great job to improve your Yearly bonus, which is definitely worth the hard work.

You can get a 30 cent raise do to your attendance an how many points an write ups you have. But in accuality they want give you the whole 30 like that’s a lot!

Once a year you have a chance to get a 30 something cent raise, but that decreases based on attendance and any accidents you may have, even tiny ones.

As NFI employee First raise at 1.5 yrs, and still waiting for another and been here almost 4 years now.

I'm at $.41 and TOP pay is $.42 from what I'm told.

But told they will be raising Top Pay soon that was over a year ago.
