Windows System Administrator (Former Employee) – Clifton Park, NY – August 24, 2017
nfrastructure is a rapidly growing company, so even though continuously hiring employees are streched pretty thing. Despite this, the current CEO is the original founder and owner who began this as a family company in the late nineties. Those family values persist. Employees are well regarded, respected, and cared for. It is very much a team atmosphere.
Technician (Former Employee) – Clifton Park, NY – February 27, 2017
The job was interesting, I learned a lot and was able to brush up on other things in the process related to the field. The travel was the hardest part being away from home up to a week at a time, over all not a bad time.
Contractor (Former Employee) – Albany, NY – February 18, 2015
Working at Nfrastructure is fine. If you want to move up and take on more responsibility then good luck. My observation is that they will keep you in you assigned contract and hire from outside the company all the time. I have seen people more than qualified only to be passed over; the person doesn't usually stay long after that. They do provide lunch one a month at some locations. They are very straight forward with expense and pay on time and never mess around with that. But really look elsewhere if you want to learn and move forward in you career.

Senior Manager of Infrastructure and User Services (Former Employee) – Clifton Park, NY – September 21, 2012
I think they will be very successful down the road but need to staff up before entering into new, large, contracts. Try to take on way to many customers without the proper staff or infrastructure in place. The staff is terrific, very knowledgeable and hardworking. The co-workers are the best, the disorganization is the worst.
The combined time frame includes the RF, that was a very good place to work, great people, management cared about the customer and the benefits were top notch.
