Not much positive going on
No communication between the office and sales team. Unrealistic sales goals. No incentive to work harder, majority of bonus is based on company results not individual results.
If you need help with something you better call your Sr dsm or you will never get an answer. Some regionals are better than other but for the most part they lead by fear.
