Good place to work.
Data Entry Specialist (Former Employee) –  Karnes City, TXAugust 16, 2019
Nice coworkers, friendly management and very helpful. The only downside is you might have to go work ar other facilities and you get no pay for your gas and you cannot clock in till you are at the other facilities.

Accounts Payable Specialist (Former Employee) –  Denver, COAugust 14, 2019
Everyone seem to get along and were very helpful to each other. There are several different cultures, so there was no discrimination Job assignments are basically established. Hardest part of job when first starting, is the training curriculum need to be established.

Billing Specialist/ Data Entry
Billing Specialist/Data Entry (Former Employee) –  Louisville, COJuly 22, 2019
Input invoices for Cargo airplanes and vans for shipment of medical supplies through the US. Checked and corrected errors in A/R and A/P in the EMR systems. Filing and making sure that all supplies were ordered for everyday processes.
I learned the Cargo part of the medical supply side.
Some management was great and others did want nothing to do with you.
Laid back was able to listening to your own music.
Finding a plane to get the cargo to get to the distention on time so supplies would not go expire.

Only short term positions and no training close environment so everyone is sick at the same time. Inpatient managers that yell when you make a mistake.

Contracts Analyst (Contract) (Former Employee) –  Denver, COMarch 28, 2019
This was another role I took on during the downturn in the oil & gas industry. And it didn't work out well. I didn't fit in and I really didn't like the cube farm seating.

Stay Away Unless You Have No Choice
Operations Manager (Former Employee) –  Denver, COMarch 13, 2019
Company culture is brutal. You have to be in the good ole boys club to have a good career. They don’t hold management accountable at all. Very ruthless culture and no accountability on upper management. Stay away unless you have no other opportunities.

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Former Employee) –  Glendale, COMarch 6, 2019
During my time with NGL, I'd learned the culture was strongly impacted by a few employees and they were pretty ruthless with this power. Also, they went through a very impacting management change that was very impacting on my position ~ not in a good way.

Representative, Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Denver, COJanuary 15, 2019
Repetitive work. Management has no consideration for their employees and they are constantly replacing people with the high turnover rate. A typical day consists of fixing mistakes made by other people and handling overdue invoices that never got paid. They don't offer raises even if you've been an employee for years.

Challenging position with insufficient compensation
employee (Former Employee) –  Meridian, IDNovember 28, 2018
I really liked the drivers and dispatchers, management is a dichotomy of one guy who does little for the workers and another who is proactive but not exactly forthright. I was promised a raise and never received it. I even covered for him to help him out. I really enjoyed some aspects of the job, but if you want to have a job that has your back and can pay the bills, then move along. If you just need some cash for the short term while looking for something better, this is easy to get as long as you have a pulse and can pass a drug test. High turnover as people get tired of having to work 2 jobs because they are underpaid.
Pros
Easy to get hired, some really dedicated amazing employees
Cons
low pay, no raises, typical right to work job environment of disgruntled folks trying to make ends meet
