Run. Run fast, run far. There are two companies, the company for Korean employees and the company for everyone else. If you're Korean you'll be invited to team lunches, given promotions and included in decision making. If you're not, you will be in the dark, ignored completely and stuck in a dead end job with no prospects.

While it can be very busy (should be that way) you enjoy what you're doing. This is due to the fact the work it self is fun, friendly co-workers, and because I like the company. Makes the "hate going to work this morning" thoughts and I look forward to going to work.
