Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center has been meeting the health care needs of the Greater Niagara community for more than a century. What began as a small emergency hospital in 1895 has evolved into Niagara's Premier Health Network, with extensive inpatient and outpatient services and an impressive array of wellness programs and support groups.

Far more than a hospital, we operate several outpatient satellite facilities - the Summit Healthplex, Summit Family Health Center, Grand Island Family Practice and Tuscarora Health Center - and the Schoellkopf Health Center, a skilled nursing facility. The Child Advocacy Center of Niagara and University Sports Medicine of Niagara are among our affiliates.

Unorganized, lots of blame set on floor staff
Some great employees, some employees constantly bullying and talking about others. Management will turn a blind eye to some and punish others severely. A lot of blame is put on the shoulders of floor staff instead of collaborating to find a solution. Directors of floors and CNO very unorganized.

Turnover worst I have ever seen.
Extreme lack of leadership. Chief Nursing Officer is unorganized and irresponsible. No idea how to schedule so the staff are always short staffed. Terrible culture. Always in fear of losing your job. Many better paying hospitals that take care of their employees. Immediately regretted first day on the job accepting a opportunity to work here. The turnover is crazy. Great Employees and that’s where it ends
One of the lowest paying hospitals in WNY, not-so-great benefits with awful pension, decent amount of paid time off that can never be used because of chronic staffing issues. Management/supervision very questionable. Other than great coworkers, a generally disorganized, chaotic, unnecessarily stressful work environment. 1/10 do not recommend.

This is the most unsafe hospital I have ever worked in my life. Management is completely out of touch with the actual issues going on in the hospital and care merely about looking good for appearances on the news while patients are literally dying while physicians stand outside the doors at night since some of the physicians scheduled alone don’t have the ability to intubate.
