Not enough career advancement or job security for freelancers. Could work from home, but poor benefits for freelancers. Interesting opportunities to work on iconic brands, but poor management.

Working with logs at Nickelodeon was boring. Every day was the same and you were surrounded by cliquey sales bros. The bosses were great but somehow that didn't impact culture around them.
