Great experience overall. If you have the right leader, you are good to go. If you don't, there is no accountability and you are doomed. As a non-profit, there needs to be due diligence with cost. Too much waste of money on projects that do not hold. A lot of blaming, fear and finger pointing. The money should be spent on the kids, instead it is spent on expensive executive suites.
Good benefits. Hard working coworkers and nurses. The staff cares for patients and families.
Poor executive team, no employee loyalty, conflicting priorities, weak strategy, too much money wasted on looking cool for publicity. Not enough mission-driven leaders.
