Senior management is all about numbers and sales nothing else
Client Partner (Former Employee) –  Fort Collins, COOctober 11, 2018
Senior management based out of India do not know the market reality of US clients and changing landscape. The management does not know technology nor is interested in listening to front end sales and account managers. Focus is on short term goal of achieving quarterly targets.

As a consulting company, I have no complaints about NIIT. They are easy to deal with. The jobs are all based on the culture at the client site however NIIT supports us there.

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Augusta, GAMay 6, 2018
This could be a great company if they invested in their employees. A new hiring process and training plan is needed. A team is only as good as it's leaders. It starts at the top.
Pros
I like my team.
Cons
Pay, Attendance policy, lack of training, lack of communication, work environment is bad

High turn over, Poor Management, unclear processes and unstable structure
Desktop Support Engineer (Former Employee) –  Augusta, GAMarch 23, 2018
NIIT Media Technologies is one of those job places that you would like to forget you've every been employed by. The turnover rate is unprecedented its a wonder how they stay operational. The agents are overworked and underpaid. The agents are the front line employees and the work conditions are horrible. In-operable water fountains.(if you want a cup of drinking water you have to use ice from the ice machine and then use the hot water from the coffee maker) Working hours for the reps are atrocious and prevent any type of career growth due to the odd hours. Agents are on a point systems and can still acquire points even with a doctors notes/excuses, but the supervisors/management do not have to abide by the same rules. I was a member of IT so I did not have to endure what the agents had to deal with on a daily basis and if you voice your opinion to management about management you will not be employed their for long. Overall on a scale from 1 -10 I give NIIT Media Technologies a 1. Stemming from aesthetics, pay, how they treat their employees, management, high turnover rate, and lack of structure.
Pros
$9 per hr
Cons
Stress and Waste of time

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAFebruary 27, 2018
Everyone at NIIT is super talented and highly intelligent. The downside of working there is that work is dependent on whether or not the company has a B2B contract where your skills are needed.
Pros
Nice people, good management
Cons
No B2B contract no work

New Media Ad Production Manager (Current Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLJanuary 21, 2018
My job was eliminated as were many others during my tenure. There was no severance package, which was the biggest negative. My manager was great. We had a strong onshore team, but it was cut to the bone because our client wanted more cost cutting and more work done offshore.
Pros
Great manager
Cons
No severance.
