Great for part time work. Worked in the stock room and time went by super quick, great team atmosphere. Would recommend for part time only though.....
Manager – Supply & Inventory Planning in Beaverton, OR

Nike has an incredibly rich history that is rooted in Oregon. The campus and facilities are amazing. The connection to sport is amazing, but it’s not just a place for people who are crazy about sports. Telling stories is such a deep part of the culture. One thing that amazed me when I started there was a culture of networking and meeting new people. They encourage people to get diverse experiences. It’s definitely possible to grow in your career internally, it is very competitive, so it just requires some focus and understanding of what they are looking for. No place is perfect, but this one is pretty good!

Nike is good job for people going to school or with a busy life. It is a place you can learn alot, but ultimately is affected by the managers. If you are friends with a manager you have a easier chance of getting promoted. If you do not support the managers in every way, they will ultimately prevent you from being promoted. Many great workers have left the company due to managers promoting their friends over qualified candidates, or mangers not caring about the well being or issues athletes(workers) deal with on a daily basis. Managers tend to have inappropiate relationships with their workers also, which some have been fired for in my over five years of working with the company.
Sales Associate in Redlands, CA
on October 14, 2021
I worked at Nike Redlands for over a year and ar first everything was good. Good hours, management, products in stock, and a good work environment. It all went bad after the initial managers either quit/transferred to another store an we started getting horrible replacements. After that the store has fallen off an hasn’t been the same since. No motivation, culture, interpersonal interactions, and product.

One of the best retail companies to work for. Great environment to work in. Benefits were probably the best. I worked there for 5 years and ended up with the discount for the rest of my life. Only downside I can think of is it’s hard to move up in the company.
