What advice would you give the CEO of Nike about how to improve it?
Assure that everyone knows their main role to better contribute an easy flow. I myself, as former shift lead in shipping industry, have seen co-workers try to outrank those of higher authority without consequence witch just unbalances the workplace .Associates begin to question on who they take instruction from . In my opinion that has been the major issuse that usually causes negative energy amongst co-workers . "know your place , be respectful and kind, but never allow anyone to make you feel less."Asked April 10, 2017
