It depends on the offense. If it's related to drugs, violence, weapons, theft, sexual offenses, and sometimes driving-related offenses (if your position requires you to operate a vehicle), NIKE will likely not move forward with employment.

I opened the Gurnee Illinois store. Was there for almost 10 yrs before moving out of state. We hired felons.
