Agreed upon work hours were from 9am-6pm, often had to stay until 7-8pm.

Most people get there by 9:00 AM or 9:30 AM the latest.
When the owner is traveling and out of the office, I have seen people arrive at 10 AM.

When the owner is in the office, most people are afraid to leave at 5 PM, and hang around and then sneak out unnoticed when the opportunity arises.
