Cool environment but with zero job security for lowly contract-workforce

A contract here dissolves any rose-tinted glasses one may have for the dream of working at Nintendo.

To put it briefly, contracting here is cut-throat. If work runs dry, you and your team are axed with less than a day's notice.

There isn't much room for any advancement from contractor to full time, and I felt there was segregation of the contractors - more ... (in the old NoA offices) and full timers (in the new glass building).
