Come to the Denver office!
Inspector (Current Employee) –  Denver, COMarch 17, 2018
This is by far the best office I've worked at in my 15 years in the business. Everyone from the top down here is awesome! You are treated fairly and are expected to conduct yourself with the highest quality of professionalism. It's more of a family environment at this location and for the most part everyone looks out for each other and is willing to assist in personal and professional development. But beware, you will be canned quick if you can't cut it and show you deserve to be here!
Pros
Yes we are! And there's Benefits
Cons
They can work here also! For some jobs.

Owner is a piece of sh!!
Supervisor/Manager (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVJune 13, 2017
Don't work here , was treated like I was a nobody. Owner would call me whenever he felt like it. And would call just to put me down. I am better than that and so are you don't work here unless you like to be belittled.
Pros
I am alive
Cons
Treated like a piece of dirt

Engineering company run like a sweat shop.
Anonymous (Current Employee) –  San Diego, CAJanuary 14, 2016
See other reviews on Glassdoor - they're all true. This company is understaffed. The owner is very cheap, likes to micromanage and is stuck in the past. Good place to work for Engineers and Managers who have their own set of rules and large salaries but they still have to endure abuse from the owner who constantly calls his employees to rag on them. Then he speaks poorly about them to other staff. Support staff is underpaid and under appreciated and have a very high turn over rate.
Pros
Good benefits is really the only pro
Cons
There are too many to mention. RUN!

Used to be a better place to work than it is now.
Assistant (Current Employee) –  CorporateOctober 20, 2015
Pretty good place to work if you are a male and an Engineer. Long term employees run the show and have industrial era ideals of low paid, loyal employees. Can't figure out why they have a high turnover in support roles. Owner has personality of a curmudgeon.
Pros
Good benefits and some bonuses.
Cons
Pay is low, moral is low, turnover high in most locations.

Medium Business Ran Like Small Business
Technical Assistant (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZApril 21, 2014
It was pretty much impossible to move up within the company (unless you got your EID). The owner was impossible to communicate with and was extremely intimidating. Many employees slacked off without any consequences, especially if they were part of the good ol' boys club. However, the job itself was challenging which is good and some of the people were okay to work with.
Pros
Easy to get time off
Cons
Poor communication, Out of Date Technology

Terrible place to work.
ex employee (Former Employee) –  Rancho Cucamonga, CAJanuary 9, 2013
Management treats support staff as if they are owned, not employed. If you are not one of the good old boys you are not valued.
People work and are not paid, people are contacted at any time 24 hrs a day by management. If you don't anslwer because it is after hours and at night you are admonished the next day.
Management
Cons
too much to list
