I was decieved into starting immediately to fulfill a position that’s was in need of a full time employee but was asked to go through an agency as a temp. I agreed to begin and was lead to believe this was a foot in the door. Actually, it was like a mat on the doorstep. Laid outside, not getting in.

If you're a part-time operator, you basically set your own hours.
BUT,
If you're hired as a full-time operator, you'll have no life for a number of years untill you get seniority!!! Stay away from that extra board, BELIEVE ME!!
