No room for advancement for the little guys.. However, in the few times that something has opened up in a top position, try offering it to those that have been with the company for awhile, not just your buddies or higher ups family members. Try handing out more than just a quarter or nickels and dimes for raises that you are stuck with for an ENTIRE year. All the while you are making your quarter of a million. You preach in your little speaches to the team members that were a family. What a JOKE!! I wouldn't treat my family that way.
Miserable with the way the new president operates the company. Much better with the old president. There was loyalty back then. With him, you could go at anytime. Ruthless!!!!
