National Accounts Manager, Specialty Markets (Current Employee) – Yorba Linda, CA – July 23, 2018
Nobel Biocare used to be a desirable company to work for. Things have changed drastically since the company was purchased by Danaher. The focus is on bottom-line profits to the company. There is no more focus on the employee, retaining good employees, or even the retention and taking care of good customers. It's unfortunate, but the loyal, great employees are leaving by the dozens.
A wonderful industry where there is a direct help to patients. Corporate culture changed drastically after selloff.
Territory Manager - Key Accounts (Former Employee) – Yorba Linda, CA – May 22, 2018
I had two stints at NB. Work/life balance was drastically changed with new management group in the negative. Although the company had great products and locally excellent management, the corporate culture was toxic.
Fun, energetic, positive, friendly workplace, modern and clean
Inside Sales Support Representative (Former Employee) – Yorba Linda, CA – January 13, 2018
This is clean, well maintained pleasant environment, people are friendly and fun when its not quarter -end. The most challenging times for the team was new management and new and unexpected expectations every few months , increased sales quotas while adding caps on sales commission. This experience resulted in lowering the department morale and motivation to further upsell products. However the most enjoyable part was having team members think outside the box, share ideas and lift up the spirits to anyone who may have felt unappreciated.
Machine Operator Level II (Former Employee) – Yorba Linda, CA – December 20, 2017
a typical day includes the usual, checking machine, your part, and paperwork. youll be using a PCS work lot management system so the company has a solid system in place. Management listens to the wrong people most of the time and never really listen to what will improve the workplace.
Customer Support Representative (Former Employee) – Yorba Linda, CA – October 13, 2017
Customer Support position was a multi-task job, helping our Dentists, Dental Labs, Government facilities and Universities . Duties included: Processing orders, tracking orders, maintain and update accounts and handle product complaints. Fast paced environment. Enjoyed the relationships built over time with our customers.

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Yorba Linda, CA – August 4, 2017
Nobel Biocare was one of the best companies I've worked for. Not only did they have a title of a reliable and efficient dental implant business, not to mention the foundation of the first founded dental implant, but they really do live up to their name. The company really does their best to avoid straying from perfection. I can't begin to explain how much of a difference great management can make for numerous departments under their command. I always appreciated how healthy and helpful the work environment was for a corporate company. You could be assured that your voice will always be heard. The job requires a great deal of multi-tasking and constant adaption to change, but none-the-less it's an overall fast pace and social job, which I enjoyed. I'll end it with the fact that they're no doubt a great company.
Good company, pleasant environment with minimal exceptions.
Operator (Former Employee) – Mahwah, NJ – February 23, 2017
The department I worked in was in a powerful expansion phase with a few typical quirks. This company makes a number of great products by sheer force, for two reasons; 1) Every detail is constantly inspected by the FDA, and 2) Vision coupled with competition has honed a fiercely impassioned team of men and women over the years. Unfortunately, my own potential to contribute to the ongoing success of this company was compromised by the shortness of my stay there.
Great Products! Terrible Managers, Bad Company Cluture
Territory rep (Former Employee) – Miami Beach, FL – July 24, 2016
Team (reps and manager especially) were awful to work with. Double standards for new people, while the favorites could do whatever they wanted. Too expensive to sell in such a commodity market. Mangers are cheap.Only looking out for themselves. Only one woman manager, in the company. Company will work you like a slave with no concern.
You get paid every two weeks, good products
Long hours, less pay every year, management and company culture
Process Development Engineer (Current Employee) – Mahwah, NJ – July 5, 2016
Nobel Biocare has a great culture. The operators, Ops management, Engineering, and Quality all really want to work to help each other, and work to made great products. There is innovation and new challenges.
Flexible hours, healthcare, culture
Mergers, some managers and coworkers abroad not in good alignment
