Non Supportive/Micromanaging Culture. You are EXPENDABLE
Specific to my location-
This company is very much of the ideal that each employee is expendable and therefore do not put forth the supportive culture that many employees look for. GM, DOC, DOS solely care about quarterly/annual numbers rather than the work-life balance of their employees so burnout and high turnover is inevitable. And even when individual - more ... and team numbers are met or exceeded, they still question anything less than 10 hours/day and micromanage lunch breaks, comp days, etc.
