Other Noble House Hotels and Resorts Employee Reviews
Job Work/Life Balance
Isolating and terribly managed property
Spa (Former Employee) – Gateway, CO – January 17, 2018
I have never worked at a place that was so disorganized and abusive to their employees. The manager that hired me that was supposed to train me quit the first week I was there. There was no accountable leadership, and I had to figure out everything myself. The hiring process was a nightmare as I received no direction either. I stayed in employee housing that was supposed to be two people for every 2 bedroom/bathroom apartment. They didn't have enough rooms, so they smashed two more people into our apartment. Terrible conditions at work and at the housing.
Server and Bartender (Current Employee) – Napa Valley, CA – January 13, 2018
As an employee of a noble house resort you are seen as a number. Profit comes before quality of service proving I’d a positive work environment. Decisions are made in their corporate office by people that rarely set foot on the properties. Employees are overworked and underpaid which leads to high turn over. The poor wages attracts underqaulified managers that abuse their power and create toxic work environments. The problem is fluid throughout the whole company. Avoid them at all costs.
