- Made 70-100 calls a day (cold,warm, hot, book of business calls) as well as calls to dispatchers, truck drivers, shippers, receivers, etc.. in a competitive, fast paced industry to earn the ability to win and track shipments from start to finish
- A feel for what it is like to create, build, and manage a book of business, a good feel for the logistics industry
-Young, enjoyable group of people in leadership roles within my office that stressed casual/ comfortable dress, loud music playing all day
- The redundant day to day of cold calling on a very saturated market. Way more freight brokers than freight to go around. Kind of sleazy at times to earn business being so competitive.
