No recruiter okay benefits lower pay rates than most travel companies. Hard to get into touch with someone if you do need assistance with anything. You have to advocate for yourself

Worked with Nomad for a year now, no issues… no recruiters but you get a navigator who is helpful. Paid weekly and on time…. they appreciate staff and send gifts for holidays nurses week etc.

I switched managers more times than I can count, I was not supported professionally or personally, and was overlooked by managers as they cherry-picked their favorites and were given the most opportunities for projects and advancements. I never felt appreciated or seen and I was paid an extremely low salary and was never bumped up.

Nurses are problem solvers. There’s a problem or issue you fix it and quickly. Nomad’s position: canned response with concerns. 1. Notified them I didn’t get holiday pay. “We don’t give holiday pay”.
