Okay , it’s flexible and they’ll give you a laptop to work on. This allows you to truly enjoy work from anywhere so if you have to travel you don’t need to take off work, there’s also no commute so you can save money. The people are nice.

Work life balance is great but you need to be able to get a good job and be productive. If you have a job that requires a lot of work. You need to get out.
Operations Associate in Remote

Love that I can be remote and work from anywhere in the US. Time off is okay (used to be way better) but the main problem here is the management. There is extreme favoritism. Aside from that, pay is decent.
