The homes are clean for the most part. But they make you stay in the people homes for 3 hours doing nothing. But cleaning the same clean stuff for hours. Management make you pay for everything. You break it you buy it. Thats on all things. They have insurance but you break you pay. No Medical and no benefits at all. They say full day of work. But your likely to be leaving at 12 noon.

Work hours okay. 8:15a to like 4:30p most days. You tell them what hours you can work when you are hired and they schedule you for that time. I liked the fact that they were closed on the weekends except for one Saturday out of the month for training. Pay was okay but you don’t get paid if the customer cancel or they are not satisfied (you have to go re-do for free). Kind of small company. Employees were cool to get along with. I really liked when I worked as a team. It made the cleaning go smoother. Supervisors were pretty young but cool. Management was okay. One of the managers had a nasty attitude all the time but she didn’t really deal with the cleaners so I didn’t pay her any mind. The owners seemed nice (met them once). They have company cars so you didn’t have to drive your own car. There was a lot of stuff to carry out to the car and take in to clean but all of it was useful. I would probably still be working here if I still lived in the area.

Very laid back but you never know who's in charge everyone wants to be the boss the pay and hours could be better and also could have some benefit packages if they got that together would be a gray place to work
