NORC is a supportive environment that has a new department just for employee innovation! The company is full of lots of smart folks who work very hard to win the next big contract.

I like that the job is flexible and they are lenient with attendence. However the way they run things like stats kinda puts alot of pressure on someone. Their reviews are very critical and it can effect your stats if you make a mistake. The job can be boring at times if all you get is voicemails. They give more tasks to do but don't pay more. They have a Covid bonus and raises in cents. However without that Covid bonus you would be basically making 15+ an hour..They tend to give promotions to those with seniority even though they say it's more your work ethic. They took money out of my first check for a "free " Uber eats gift card I was gifted towards the holiday. They ask you to work more hours but, those hours are rare like they appear when they can. The max hours is 28 and they only increased it to 36 if and that is if your stats are a 3 or higher. And if it declines it goes back to 28 , which I don't think is fair.

shifts can feel pretty long and boring, but coworkers and supervisors were awesome and helpful. I enjoyed getting to meet people from all walks of life.

They trick you into thinking that you'll be working at home very soon. They promote a bunch on indeed but you'll have to work almost 9 weeks just to get an at home position after they tell you 21 days. 21 days is a LIE. They are flexible with hours, but any little mistake could bring your numbers down and they tell you mistakes don't matter even though they are literally tracking your every move with numbers and boards and pie charts. If you are planning to work remote immediately, this is NOT the company for you.
