Great Company
Nordstrom have one of the greatest teams i have worked with. They make you feel very welcome when you start. Everyones is very nice. They make sure the customers are comfortable and make it easy to find stuff. I would highly recommend people to work for their company.

Toxic work place more like a highschool environment
Nordstrom rack over works you and put loads of work on employees . It’s a highschool toxic work place employees talk behind each other’s back and are in each other’s business . They don’t train very well for the job either they expect you to look at them and know what to do . They even have fighting on the job where you can get in to a physical altercation. No communication as well

Somewhat toxic environment
Favoritism, lack of hiring and communication when teams are clearly struggling. Great place to learn about the fashion industry if you can get past wearing a blue apron over everything. 20% discount!

The location
I loved working on Newbury St in Boston. You never know who would stop by to shop. I met a few celebrities and we always got the good stuff at that location. Ppl love to buy designer clothes for a lower price and that’s what the Rack offers. Customers loved that the most. I actually miss working there.

Good Coworkers. Bad Management.
I felt as though I was micromanaged often and not appreciated for the extra work that was assigned to me on a whim. It was very depressing at times, and I hardly got any hours, despite talking with them multiple times.
