I feel good to work this job
I loved my job in the beginning, but became very disenchanted with the company and management.
I had 9 managers in three years. Finally had enough and left.
I used to look forward to coming in and help my team make their goals, since I’m a manager that’s what is expected. But being a small store it’s hard for majority of my team to even sell enough to make commission.
Dread thinking about the returns that are taken against my pay! Can’t stand only commission sales Where there is constant fighting amongst teammates .
I felt happy and confident working for Nordstrom's on Michigan Avenue.

I really loved working for Nordstroms although the associates there were not team players and they would try to take your sales just because they were there longer and they were very rude they have their own little clicks like every place but I would love working there but after working there this time this is my second time working there this was the worst experience I ever had
I was feeling really good until we got new management.

I left due to lack of advancement opportunity and the insensitivity of management.
