Typically a couple of weeks. You apply online, they call you for an interview and you come in to interview with the HR manager. That person will then send you on to interview with a department manager of whichever department you applied for or which one they feel like you would be a good fit. Then, if that manager likes you he/she will have you meet the store manager. From there on that basically means you got the job and you just have to wait for new hire orientation. So overall the process should be a week or two
5-7 weeks. I applied online and three weeks later got a request for a phone interview (through email) that would happen 2 weeks later. That alone is already 5 weeks. After phone interview, was scheduled for an in person interview a week later again (6 weeks). After in person interview, it was another week (even after I took the initiative to follow-up) to be offered a conditional job offer. Then background check took about another week to clear. So total almost 2 months.
I was contacted the same day I submitted my online application. Went in for an interview two days later and was hired on the spot.
I got called in the next day after I submitted an application, in the same day I made an in interview in the store, next day got called for offer and will start in 3 days, that's what I call professional
Starts with a phone interview, then a face to face with 3 different managers at different times. Finally, I was hired yet the wait for my offer and start date was the real wait st home, They try to put you where you will shine and what you love in the fashion world the most if they have the availability. The interviewers were all friendly and all very different. When you are experienced in running a business inside a business as each department has there own goals to make, you need to truly be focused and make your co workers and customers number 1 .
